Qualifying liquid termite treatments include a renewable warranty that can remain active for as long as you own the home, provided the required annual renewal is paid.
The warranty covers termite retreatment under its terms. It does not cover termite-damage repairs.

Can you quote termite treatment over the phone?
A property inspection is normally required before a termite-treatment quote because structure size, construction, activity, and treatment access affect the scope.
Do you offer both liquid treatment and bait stations?
Yes. Mid America offers both, and the recommendation depends on the property, evidence found, and the treatment goals.
Does the termite warranty pay for damage repairs?
No. The warranty covers qualifying retreatment under its terms; it does not pay for or perform termite-damage repairs.
How long does a WDO report take?
After the inspection is complete, the report can generally be completed within minutes.
