Do you require a long-term contract?
No. A service agreement documents the work and price, but Mid America does not lock customers into a long-term contract.
Is the $44.99 plan monthly pest service?
No. It is quarterly scheduled pest service billed at $44.99 per month on autopay, plus the $99 initial service. Pricing starts there for qualifying standard-sized homes and may change based on size or pest conditions.
What happens if pests return between quarterly visits?
Active recurring customers with current accounts receive free callbacks for covered general pests between scheduled visits. Specialized programs such as termites, mosquitoes, bed bugs, rodents, and fleas/ticks have separate terms.
Do you treat inside and outside?
The initial general-pest service normally includes interior and exterior treatment. Maintenance is usually exterior-focused, with interior service available when requested or needed.
Are estimates free?
General estimates are free. Paid WDO/real-estate inspections are the exception.
Do I need to leave during treatment?
Many services do not require everyone to leave, but circumstances and product directions vary. Customers with medical sensitivities or concerns may leave during application and follow Zakk's return instructions.
Do you remove wildlife or honeybees?
No. Mid America does not handle wildlife, snakes, birds, bats, or honeybee treatment. When appropriate, honeybee calls may be referred to a local beekeeper.
