The complete approach

Removing rodents is only part of the job.

The right plan depends on the species, where activity is happening, how rodents are entering, and whether cleanup or attic work is needed.

Inspection & control

We identify activity and likely travel areas, then use trapping or baiting appropriate to the property and conditions.

Entry-point exclusion

Small openings can be sealed during appropriate service; larger or more extensive exclusion work receives its own scope and quote.

Cleanup & attic work

When needed, the proposal can address affected areas, contamination cleanup, and related attic work based on accessible conditions.

Common rodent warning signs

  • Scratching or movement in walls and ceilings
  • Droppings near food, storage, or attic areas
  • Gnaw marks, shredded material, or nesting debris
  • Grease marks or repeated travel paths
  • Gaps around doors, utilities, rooflines, and foundations
Find the whole problem

Seeing one rodent may point to more activity.

An inspection helps determine what is present, where it is traveling, and which openings or conditions should be addressed. That keeps the recommendation tied to the property instead of guesswork.

How service works

Control the activity, then close the door.

The exact sequence depends on where rodents are active and the extent of the entry points.

Inspect

Zakk examines accessible interior, exterior, and attic areas for evidence, travel routes, food sources, and likely entry points.

Control

Traps or bait are placed as appropriate, with follow-up needs explained based on the activity and service scope.

Exclude & clean

Approved openings are sealed and any quoted cleanup or attic work is completed according to the agreed scope.

Scope matched to the property

Not every rodent problem needs the same amount of work.

Simple mouse activity may fit within general pest service. Rats, extensive entry points, contamination, cleanup, and attic work require a separate inspection and quote.

Your proposal identifies what control, sealing, follow-up, and cleanup are included so expectations are clear before work begins.

Mid America does not provide wildlife, snake, bird, or bat removal.
