With construction experience but no prior pest-control career, Zakk learned the industry from the ground up. Mid America gradually grew from pre-treatments into full residential and commercial pest control by earning local customers one job at a time.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The service agreement documents the scope, schedule, and price, but Mid America does not require a long-term contract.
Do you offer one-time pest control?
Yes. You can choose a one-time treatment for a current problem or recurring service for ongoing prevention and covered-pest callbacks.
Will you treat inside and outside?
The initial service normally includes interior and exterior treatment. Recurring maintenance is generally exterior-focused, with interior service available when requested or needed.
Are mice included?
Yes, mice are included as a general pest. More extensive rat control, full exclusion, cleanup, or attic work may require a separate scope and quote.
Do we need to leave during treatment?
You may choose to leave during application, especially if there are medical sensitivities or comfort concerns. Zakk will explain any required precautions and re-entry directions for the products used.
What areas do you serve?
Mid America is based in Pryor and primarily serves Mayes County plus nearby communities, including portions of Rogers and Tulsa counties and the Grand Lake and Vinita areas.
